How do I customize?
Once you’ve decided on the charm and gem you would like, proceed to checkout. In the notes section, list the following: Charm choice and gem choice. Once payment is complete, please email nellastudio@gmail.com with your hi resolution (300dpi) photograph. A proof will be emailed to you in 5 working days.
How long will my custom piece take?
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to receive your necklace (after approved proof) as each piece is made to order. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
